Private room in Central LA, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I live in a 4 bedroom house and want other young professionals who are clean friendly and respectful to take the extra bedrooms I’m not in! The house is full but one of my roommates has to move to norcal for a few months and wants to sublet her room and I’m helping her out. What do you love about this place? This location is incredible. 10-15 min walk to the main strip of bars and breweries and restaurants in the arts district, 1 block from the metro, yet in a super safe and residential street! No need to worry about stepping over sleeping people on the streets when you leave for work. I’m also 420 friendly and open to pets for a small pet rent.
