Private room in Crown Heights, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Subletting my lovely room in Crown Heights for about 2 months starting Feb. 11 (dates somewhat flex). It's a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex (second floor is just my room). Other roommates are two clean, kind women in their mid-late 20s. Require payment + $400 security deposit up front; latter to be returned at the end of the sublet. Utilities and internet run about $100/month. Tiny dog not included, alas. What do you love about this place? Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, 1 private terrace and 1 semi-private terrace (though it's a bit cold for them at the moment). Heat/AC unit in every room. 5 minutes to S shuttle, 10 minutes to Franklin 2, 3, 4, 5 or Franklin C. Grocery store two blocks away. Great bars and restaurants nearby on Franklin Ave. What isn’t so great about this place? 4th floor walkup
