Williamsburg two bedroom apartment $1300 plus Utilities that average about 100$ (Heat, Hot Water, Gas, Electric, Internet included). *This is for a May 1 official move-in* The Place: Up for grabs is one room in our two bedroom apartment. This is a first floor apartment in a 3 floor walk-up with a solid kitchen, nice sized living room, and also a backyard to chill, sip some wine, read, and BBQ in. The room (143 sq. ft.) that is available overlooks the backyard and receives nice sun in the afternoon through the leaves of the mulberry tree that caresses the windows. The room has a closet and is furnished with a bed and desk which you can choose to use or switch out for your own stuff.. your call. We are a block from the Marcy JMZ train stop, and only a few blocks from Broadway G and Lorimer L stop. Easy access to anywhere you want to go, Rockaway - Bronx and beyond. It's very easy to walk the Williamsburg Bridge from our place as well. In addition to downtown Manhattan, we are within walking distance of Bushwick and Greenpoint. If you have a bike, Prospect Park, Gowanus, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Long Island City and Astoria are but a short and pleasant ride away. Our neighborhood has everything you could ask for. Great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, movie theaters, bookstores, and most importantly great people. Would need first month rent, plus security deposit upon move in.
