Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving to California and need someone to take over my lease in Boston What do you love about this place? The management company is fantastic. I have had very few problems with the unit but when I do (for example, a smoke detector battery needs replacing) they get it done that day. The bedroom itself is huge, beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment and the space is well maintained. It is in a great location as well right by Coolidge Corner, a BFresh grocery store, Starbucks, and CVS. Great restaurants and bars in the area as well all within walking distance. Best of all, if you want to go in to the city, it is right by the B green line! What isn’t so great about this place? Parking is expensive in the area and the rent in general is expensive in the area but the average is $1825 for this place and it's a steal for $1725/mo.
