Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving in with my girlfriend and we are getting our own place. What do you love about this place? This place is awesome. It has two balconies (one in the front and one in the back), was remodeled right before we moved in ~2 years ago, and is in the heart of Astoria (near Broadway & Steinway). What isn't so great about this place? There isn't laundry in the building so you have to take it out to the laundromat but luckily there are lots in Astoria.
