Overlooks the Hudson River (can see the water)! Tons of natural light. Floor to ceiling windows. Quiet. Full bath. Option to lease with furniture (excluding TV). Cat not included. What isn’t so great about this place? On the smaller side, but is an alcove studio so gives the appearance of two rooms.
