My furnished 2 bedroom apartment is available for the month of July. It will be empty from June 28 to August 2. $1850 covers the rent as well as electricity and high speed Wi-Fi. $700 per week. The apartment is bright and sunny, there is a lot of natural light. 1 bedroom is furnished for kids with a bunk bed. It faces the street (St. Nicholas Avenue) and is 2 blocks north of Central Park. Morningside Park is 3 blocks away. It is in a walk-up building, there is a laundromat at the corner across the street. The 2 and 3 express trains are 2 blocks away. You are 15 minutes from Times Square and 34th Street and 20 minutes from the Village. The neighborhood is great with many cafes and restaurants (Ethiopian, Indian, Mexican, Italian, French, Vegan, Soul Food as well as American and Continental cuisine).
