Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Our family is growing and so we've decided we need to move to a larger space, though we are very sad to leave this excellent place in such a great location! What do you love about this place? This place is steps from the ABCD line at 145th St, making all of the city accessible in usually less than 30 minutes wherever you're going. Only 12 minutes to midtown, but also in a fantastic and friendly neighborhood filled with coffee places, great restaurants, and bars. The apt is filled with light and windows, and is on the 4th floor of a prewar building with an elevator. We fit a king size bed in the larger bedroom, and the smaller bedroom is big enough for full. Chill building and neighbors, somehow always very quiet inside the apartment no matter what's going on on the street. We love our full kitchen with so much storage. What isn't so great about this place? For more than three people, it is a little too small.
