Entire place in Long Island City, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My lease is up 4/30 but I need to move out of the city asap. My rent now is $2750, but if you want to renew at the end you'll need to deal with the landlord. What do you love about this place? It is huge and has tons of light! It is technically a one bedroom but railroad style has a large den between the bedroom and the dining alcove/living room. There is also a "nursery" sized room off the bedroom which I use as a closet. The actual apartment has tons of charm and is close to everything. There is a laundry on the street (3 or 4 doors down) and at the end of the block is Court Sq station with 7, E, M and G trains. Get anywhere in Manhattan in about 20-30 min. There is also a dishwasher and TONS of closet space. What isn't so great about this place? The bathroom is small. It has a shower and tub -- but very small tub. I put a large mirror in the bedroom and just dry my hair / put on makeup there (which also has amazing light). For the price and size of this apartment, it more than makes up for the small bathroom.
