The windows are huge & west-facing, with a wide street & shorter buildings across, it gets a beautiful view of the sunset. The closet space also makes a massive difference with a studio apt. It's small, but so well thought out, you don't feel cramped in the slightest. It was a gem of a find, & I'll definitely miss it.
