Entire place in Bushwick, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am traveling from February to May and I would like to find someone to take over this gorgeous space while I am away. What do you love about this place? I am obsessed with this huge lofted apartment with private kitchen and bath! Located on the edge of Bushwick and Bed Stuy it is within walking distance of many bars, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Mr. Kiwi, beloved neighborhood grocery, and from the JMZ train, with about a 20-30 min commute to the lower east side. The L train is about a 15 minute walk away, and the G is abt a 20 min walk, so it’s easy to get anywhere you could want to go! Southwest facing, the lighting in the space is amazing!! In winter, i’m bathed in golden hour light at sunset and i get direct sunlight from mid morning to dusk which really helps with my SAD, hehe. Internet, electricity, water and gas are included in the rent. This is truly one of the nicest apartments I’ve encountered not only in Bushwick, but also in all of New York. For the amount of space and the location, it’s a steal. What isn't so great about this place? The JMZ track runs outside the window, which can take some getting used to. At this point, I don’t even notice it, but I have provided white noise machines to help drown out sounds from the train and the street. I will also be storing my belongings in the apartment while i’m gone, so space for a lot of clothing is limited. That being said, I am willing to clear a clothes rack for folks and some drawers of the dresser. It should also be noted that there isn’t a full closet, just a clothing rack and some shelves that i have installed into the walls in the hallway. I practice acupuncture out of the space, so I’ll tuck the massage tables away in the corner, leaving part of the apartment open. I’m happy for folks to rearrange furniture to suit their needs :). I’m very amenable and willing to work with folks to make sure you’re happy and comfortable.
