Entire place in Beverly Hills, CA

I'm looking for a responsible, drama-free, gainfully employed person or couple to sublet my apartment for three months while I am in New York. My landlord will have to approve you. Cozy, charming, sun-drenched (windows in every room), pet-friendly, fully furnished JUNIOR ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT located on the second floor of a quaint and quiet 2-story art deco building in Beverly Hills. If you're unable to navigate one staircase and need an elevator then this apartment is not for you. High ceilings, hardwood floors, air-conditioning, heat, Wi-fi, cable, dishwasher, new appliances, dishes, linens, towels, printer. Street parking with a permit that I will provide, and there are plenty of parking spaces on the street. I'd also consider leaving my car for a tenant with an excellent driving record. My landlord is great, and the super lives in the building so anything you need will be taken care of promptly. The location is Tower Drive between Wilshire Blvd and Gregory Way. It's across the street from La Cienega Park which has a running trail and an outdoor gym that you can use for free. There are tennis courts across the street from the park. There's a Coffee Bean on the corner of Tower and Wilshire. You can walk to Rodeo Drive, LACMA, Trader Joe's, The Beverly Center, and Cedars Sinai. This is one of the few neighborhoods in LA where you really don't need a car so it's perfect for New Yorkers and others from walking cities who haven't yet acclimated to LA's car culture. Buses on Wilshire take you to all different parts of Los Angeles. Beverly Hills is close to Miracle Mile, mid-Wilshire, West Hollywood, Westwood, Pico Robertson, Culver City and Santa Monica.
