Why are you looking for a renter? Looking to move in with my partner before moving out of the country for graduate school. Currently living with my sister and her friend, both college educated professionals working in Advertising in midtown. Must be employed, responsible, and clean. Apartment is pet-friendly but nonsmoking. What do you love about this place? The best block in all of Manhattan. Elizabeth and Prince St. Minutes to the NQR and BDFM/6 trains, steps from the best shopping, eating, and drinking in all of NYC. Apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and diswhasher - tons of bright light and brand new shower. What isn't so great about this place? Living room space is on the tighter side. You must be comfortable sharing the shared space with the two other tenants. The room for sublet is large with two large windows, queen bed, and two dresser units.
