Private room in Bushwick, NY

Hi There! We are looking to sublet a room in our 3 bed apartment in Bushwick for 6 months with potential to extend. The room is spacious and bright with a built-in closet. It fits a queen bed with plenty of room for other furniture (dresser, desk etc.) The room can come furnished or not depending on what you need! The apartment has two bathrooms with a bright, open kitchen and living area with TV and WiFi including Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc. We are two women in our late 20's, working in the city in advertising and teaching. We're friendly, easy going and clean. We both like going out for food and drinks or just staying in and hanging out / watching tv / drinking some wine. Usually keep it pretty quiet during the week! We've lived in the area for the past few years and love it. It's a very safe neighborhood with lots of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The Dekalb L is a 5 minute walk and Knickerbocker M is 2 minutes away. The building has laundry in the basement and roof access. There are plenty of grocery stores, shops and a gym around the corner.
