Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for a subletter from now until the end of June, as I have to move out due to personal circumstances. Flexible in terms of move-in date. What do you love about this place? Spacious master bedroom on the 6th floor with lots of natural light and two large closets for storage. Easily fits king or queen-sized bed, with plenty of room to spare (happy to help with furnishing -- queen bed-frame/mattress available). Comfortable shared living space with TV, couch, dining room table, etc. Fully-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and lots of cabinet and counter space. Bathroom is modern and clean. Laundry and elevator in building. Beautiful, quiet location right in the center of Stuytown, with lots of trees and green space. Also conveniently located a few minutes from the L train and ~10-min walk from Union Square. Roommates are two young female professionals who are friendly, respectful, and clean. Both enjoy hanging out on the weekends, but are not loud partyers.
