Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving to LA for a new job and need someone to take over the lease on our beautiful apartment in May 2019. What do you love about this place? We are sad to be leaving our apartment in 4545 Center Boulevard. This is a luxury building constructed in 2014 and so everything is brand new. Long Island City is a great location and has easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan.
