Private room in Flushing, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for a renter to fill out a newly vacant room. Roommates are a super clean couple! We've been disinfecting everyday and staying home as much as possible. What do you love about this place? The available room has the best natural light, and is almost fully furnished. The living room is spacey, with enough room for guests, a dining table for 4. There is a 52" TV with access to Netflix, HBO, and more. The apartment is a 2nd floor walk up, not too bad and in a very safe neighborhood, with the 7 train 5 minute walking distance. You can get to Manhattan or Brooklyn in 25 minutes. Apartment is close by to laundry, library, supermarkets, liquor stores, cafes, many restaurants, and bars. The roommates are very friendly and will probably cook (deliciously) for you; all other neighbors don't bother at all. Fast Wifi, electricity and hot water included! What isn’t so great about this place? It isn't a private apartment and people take turns doing chores. We're required to recycle and compost (although it's good for the environment)! There are no fancy amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, doorman – so if that's important to you, maybe not the place for you. The only train really nearby is the 7 and is great for transfers but sometimes changes service during construction (usually on the weekends) and may slow down/alter your travel time.
