Why are you looking for a renter? Due to a recent illness I have, I will not be able to work for a while and need someone to take over my lease. My current lease is until September but I gave my 60 days notice to move out because of my condition. I can move out at any time and have someone take over my lease with the option of either staying until September 2019 or August 2018. What do you love about this place? Everything about this place is amazing - the resort-style amenities and being so close to the grove and other convenient stores.
