Entire place in Gowanus, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am being relocated to California for work. What do you love about this place? The apartment has wonderful natural light and fantastic fixtures. The building amenities are unparalleled and the roof deck (and pool) is to die for. So sad to be saying goodbye. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly... I have to stretch to think of anything that isn't great. Maybe that there aren't morning classes at the gym?
