Private room in Bushwick, NY

hi all, i have a great apartment in bushwick, brooklyn and am looking for someone to sublet my room from APRIL 6-june 30, 2019 (lease end date) with an option to renew lease. apt details: three bedrooms, 1 bath full kitchen (no dishwasher) newly renovated (summer 2016) exposed brick, hardwood floors, modern design third floor walk-up roof access very nice super who lives in building 5 min walk to JMZ subway lines, 10-15 min walk to L really cute, up-and-coming area with many bars and coffee shops within walking distance bedroom fits a full-sized bed and a few pieces of furniture. fairly ample closet space (considering nyc standards ;)). I'm moving across the country so plan to sell my furniture; if you would like to discuss buying any or all from me we can negotiate. about my roommates: 24 & 25 year old women, one is a young professional and the other a graduate student at pratt. we didn't know each other before living together but became friends easily. they're wonderful people! the first is moving out at the lease's end, and the latter will be going home for the summer (leaving mid-may) and is not yet sure if she'll renew lease. about YOU: ideally 22-27 year old female (no couples). similar working professional/grad student (someone who doesn't work from home, already has a job (or school) in place), cleans up after themselves, nice (seems like this should be a given but you'd be surprised). living in or near NYC already (we'd like to meet you and not have a simple internet transaction). include your favorite color in message so I know you read this. the three of us are pretty busy and love our alone time but are not so anti-social that we never spend common space time together. hopefully you're similar in that sense! lgbtq+ and 420 friendly. no pets, sorry! while we'd love them it's not allowed in our lease. $$$: flat $1010/month (3 months) will include rent AND utilities (WIFI, electricity, and gas). requesting a $500 security deposit. if you do choose to take over our lease for the next year, a security deposit to the landlord, proof of income/guarantors, and a credit check will be required. if interested, please message me and include a little bit about yourself. happy to answer further questions. good luck in your housing search!
