About the Building -4 story building - virtual doorman, in building washer/dryer, and private balcony and a private rooftop. - Has a beautiful rooftop with great view out to the city. Hosted a 4th of July party to watch the fireworks on the East River - Has laundry and bike storage in the basement About the room - Pretty good size! - I fit in: queen-sized bed, dresser, portable closet, lounge chair, and a TV - Big windows that let in lots of light with a private balcony - Good sound insulation - Each room has a built in closet. - I currently have a Tempurpedic bed I'm wiling to give up if interested. Everything in my room you can keep (except the tv) ha. About the roommates - 3 other roommates - Two women + One men - Two of the roomate are avid bikers and live on the second level of the apartment. - Ages 25 - 30 - Optional hangouts together. What do you love about this place? Private balcony, Terrace, short walk to J-train, multiple cafe shops, young vibe neighborhood What isn't so great about this place? No dishwasher or in-unit washer / Dryer
