Entire place in Carroll Gardens, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I will be traveling and not in NYC consistently for a few months...will be back May 1. What do you love about this place? Massive for the price, 813 sq ft, private outdoor space, W/D IN UNIT (game changer, seriously), there are endless bars and restaurants all along Court & Smith Streets, Other Half Brewery is two blocks away, and the F/G train is literally across the corner. And WE LOVE PETS. Just no aggressive dog breeds, unfortunately (message me for details). What isn't so great about this place? Street noise during the day - night time is fine, but it's pretty bustling and noisy during the day. I have no other issues here. Utilities included.
