now apartment w/d in unit attached garage no private bath room not private Looking for 1 to 2 conscientious housemates to share a 3bd/2 bath in mission (or similar neighborhood) and co-create Casa BonaVida. The expected rent will be $1700-2200 per person and move-in date between Mar 1-31 and a 3 month to a year commitment. You have option to be a lease co-signer or just a renter. I'm a computer scientist, published author and a public artist in my mid-30s. I'm easy going, clean but not freaky about it, I love to dance & spend most weekends outdoors snowboarding, hiking or cycling. Other housemates in the mix also have similar professions and personalities. We are looking forward to co-create an intentional community of warm friendly housemates.
