Private room in San Francisco, CA

I am going to be traveling for the month of March, and am looking for a subleaser. The bedroom is large and fully furnished (king bed, TV with internet and cable, sectional couch, desk/chair for work). The best part is that it has its own entrance through the garage and bathroom with a shower, and garage has laundry. There is no kitchen, but the studio has a mini refrigerator and tea kettle. It is walking distance downhill to the Castro/Market MUNI (~7-10 min) near Kite Hill. There is also plenty of parking on the street, no permit required.
