Entire place in Ivy Hill, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I am temporarily moving to New Orleans, LA What do you love about this place? I love that its quiet and has a great location What isn't so great about this place? Its a medium-sized studio. Not ideal if you like a lot of space I have a studio apt available for Feb-May possible June this year. It's a medium sized furnished cozy studio with full bath and kitchen. A small back yard. The space is good for one person. Its located near the lake close to bus(2 min walk) and Bart (30 min walk). shopping, farmers market and laundry. Great, quiet neighborhood. There is no tv or laundry but a laundromat nearby. I have a friendly cat that will still be here and will have to be fed and let out(no litter box). There is also access to outside for cat when no one is home. She is really low maintenance.. It's important that you do not apply if you are not a cat person. She doesn't shed much but she is friendly with people but no other pets allowed. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
