Entire place in Union City, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving in with my boyfriend What do you love about this place? This is a perfectly located 1 bedroom that's one block away from buses that go directly to NYC. There's also a bonus room that can be used as a study or an extra bedroom. There's a shared washer and dryer in the building. What isn't so great about this place? The plumbing here isn't great. The shower clogs really quickly so you have to take quick showers or else it becomes a bath. The shower also makes a REALLY loud noise. The windows in the bedroom are really drafty. It feels like being outside. There's not a lot of storage space. There's only one small closet space for the entire apartment
