Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a charming studio apartment in Arlington Heights (between Mid-City and Koreatown). Monthly rent is $1,315. The studio has a lot of character and a FULL kitchen with a new fridge, a rarity for a studio at this price point. There is plenty of storage space, a full closet with full length mirrors (not shown in the photos) and a built in wardrobe on the 'second floor,' as well as a bookcase. The bathroom has a green tiled tub and a built in medicine cabinet. The studio is in a convenient location because it's central to everything and close to the 10 highway. Water and garbage are included in the rent. All other utilities are paid on your end. Only street parking. A deposit of $1,315 is required along with first month's rent.
