Why are you looking for a renter? I am about to start coast-to-coast travel to California for work, and need to downsize. I'm really sad to be leaving my studio because it's extremely homey, close to several restaurants, and has access to major subway lines (6,E,M,7.) It's five blocks away from an Equinox, Blink, and right by the UN and the East River. This studio has been my escape from the noise of the city - it's really quiet and on a tree-lined block. Surprisingly, this midtown spot doesn't feel at all like you're living in midtown. The apartment will come partially furnished, and it's possible to extend the lease beyond 6 months.
