Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I love the area, I love the location, and I love the price. My friend has an open room uptown so I am going to be moving in with him, as it is his parents place and the rent is very cheap. What do you love about this place? I love the area. Citi-bike is right outside which is great. It is a quick walk to the water as well as the grocery store. Public roof access and your own little balcony. What isn't so great about this place? Apartment could be bigger, however for this price and in this location it is actually quite sizable.
