Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease through August 31, 2020 (there is an option to renew if future tenant wants). The studio is 450 sq ft on the 22nd floor with hardwood floors, all new appliances and bathroom fixtures, and ample closet space. The building is full-service luxury, with a laundry room on each floor, a gym, a concierge, valet, 24/7 doorman, and a recently renovated rooftop overlooking the Statue of Liberty. It is located between battery park and fidi, 10 mins away from Wall Street and the Oculus, and steps away from most of the major subway lines. I have been happy in this apartment for close to 2 years - it is a great space with friendly staff and a perfect building.
