Why are you looking for a renter? I moved back to Chicago and my lease ends July 31. I’m looking for someone to sublease starting anytime in July and then renew the lease with my roommate starting August 1. Income + good credit/guarantor needed to apply for lease signing. You’d be living with one 30y/o female who is AHHHMAZING and her super friendly orange tabby cat. About you: Female's only please between 27-34 No couples or pets, sorry! Ideally, work during the day and not from home You're 420 Friendly You're friends would describe you as a neat freak. You do dishes the moment you are done with them, wipe the table down after you eat, make your bed every morning, never leave food or personal items in the common areas, etc. We say this as we have previously had people rent who had mentioned they were clean and then ended up not being so. We cannot express enough that if you are not ACTUALLY clean and you just say you are you'll likely not be a good fit. If you do not fit this description, please do not apply. We'd rather just avoid that issue altogether so please be clean, not just tidy. :) What do you love about this place? I’ve lived here for 3+ years and have love it. It has exposed brick, gets oodles or natural light in the bedroom, is a 10 second walk to the train, is across from a 24 hour gourmet bodega and has amazing rooftop views. I will likely be selling the majority of the furniture in the room/living room so if you're new to the city this is a perfect situation for you. What isn’t so great about this place? There isn’t a ton of storage, it’s a 4th floor walk-up (you get used to it..plus the added bonus of buns-o-steel, and there’s no washer/dryer in the unit or building.
