Built in 1896, remodeled in 2017, my home has plenty of old charm with a recent face lift! Situated in Bernal Heights, a quiet SF neighborhood away from the hustle of the city. My home has: no upstairs neighbors and your own private patio which gets great sunshine. Washer/Dryer inside, kitchen with garbage disposal and dishwasher, central heat, a TV but no cable. The unit is really large, much bigger than most of what you'll see in SF. So there is plenty of room to spread out : ) Also,there is good access to public transportation including a 10-15 min walk to BART What isn't so great about this place? There is no parking included, but street parking in the area is really good!
