Clean medium sized room with new hardwood floors & great beautiful forest view (you wake up to birds chirping), large closet is available for short term/temporary, month-to-month rent in a shared household in Diamond Heights Village. Entire place with modern appliances and about 1000 sq ft. Short term great, prorating is available. We are a half a block away from the Safeway shopping Center, very close to Glen Park Bart (all tech buses stop here), and bus line is across the street. This place is very very quiet, serene, gorgeous city views from the front and pool area. Room is currently unfurnished (but can have basic furnishings upon request). Close to UCSF and most hospitals, very easy street parking. Close to Glen Park BART station for commute or tech bus pick up/drop off. Close to 280/101 Freeways. Small pets are welcome. Dog park across the street, Multiple parks and tennis courts half a block away. Complex has large outdoor heated swimming pool (gorgeous city views from here), Jacuzzi, gym with sauna. Very well taken care of property. I am very easy going and flexible.
