I'm a Broadway professional and I've been furloughed since April :( I should be back to work sometime in January, hence this sublet! Looking to sublet to an individual or couple (no roommates or apt sharing, please) from aug/sept 2020 until Dec 2020/Jan 2021 with possible extension. Shorter lease is negotiable up front. I'm out of town until August, but you can take a video tour of the apartment here: https://youtu.be/EWnq3mFK86k This cozy, colorful, and *fully furnished* one-bedroom in the eco-friendly Clark is brand-new (I'm the first tenant!) and boasts all the contemporary essentials that are so hard to find in NYC: dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and central air conditioning/heat. The bedroom is big and bright! – the space feels luxurious. Both rooms get excellent light in the late afternoon/early evening. The bathroom has ample under-sink storage and a huge medicine cabinet. The elevator building is quiet, super-clean, and has a fabulous communal rooftop that is great for sunbathing and BBQs; a gym; yoga room; and indoor lounges. The staff – lobby attendants, porters, and super – are fantastic. Very responsive and friendly. They'll hold on to your packages for you (including groceries!) and email you when they arrive. Rent includes: gas, electric, Verizon Fios internet This apartment is fully furnished and includes all pictured furniture, rugs, TV/DVD player, queen-sized bed, cookware/dishes, and my extensive library (lots of plays and contemporary and classic lit – enjoy!). If you have any questions about specific items that may or may not be included, give me a shout. And if there is furniture that you can't live without that you want to bring with you, let me know - we can probably work something out! $20 application fee per adult applicant. Just as I did, you will have to submit paperwork for the management company's approval. This includes: 1. A completed application 2. An employment letter stating current salary and length of employment 3. A current bank statement 4. 2 recent pay stubs, 4 if you are compensated weekly 5. Photocopy of government-issued ID 6. Mortgage statement, tax bill or deed (if landlord of current residence) 7. Tax returns for the last two (2) years may be requested
