Why are you looking for a renter? We are looking for someone to take over our one bedroom lease through July 1st. We are relocating for work and the unit is an open layout featuring soaring ceilings up to 14'. The building is in Jersey City and has a doorman, gym, pool, residents lounge, elevator; can send photos. Since we are looking for someone ASAP, we are open to a flexible start date. Please note that the sublet is not for a 12-months, but you have the option to extend for a year. Lease ends on July 1, 2019. What do you love about this place? Tall 14' ft ceilings, great building management, FREE community events, 24/7 gym access, multiple areas throughout the building to work from home, great neighbors, one of a kind kids room (if you have a child), great kitchen appliances, pet friendly building, great concierge team, robotic self-park car garage, Amazon Locker in building, access to ferry, PATH and light rail, and close to Manhattan. What isn't so great about this place? Takes a little longer than usual to dry clothes in the in-unit dryer if you have a large load of laundry.
