Entire place in New York, NY

Do you work in the city but can't always commute? Need a great central place to sleep? This ad is for a quality Chelsea day/night studio share where we never see each other. You will get: - Privacy (no roommate, your own shower) - Comfort (a nicely furnished studio in a quality building on a quiet brownstone street) - Convenience (the west side subways, restaurants and groceries, the High Line and waterfront) - Amenities (24-hour security, fast wi-fi, all utilities included, and a close affordable gym) - All at a reasonable price, from 6pm-9am. I'm a creative professional, and this studio apartment is used only for my computer work. I have decorated my studio very comfortably -- warm woods, brass lamps, an oriental-style carpet, and an entire wall of books. I don't live there, I work there during the week from 9-6, less so in the warmer weather. Which means it's not being used evenings. The current tenant and I never see each other. It is available for a minimum of three months, ideally six months or longer. I'm looking for a mature professional who doesn't smoke, doesn't want to throw parties, and prefers restaurants and takeout to cooking (there's only a fridge, coffeemaker, and electric kettle). The shower would be yours only. My tenants tend to stay for 1-2 years. The current tenant and I have seen each other a handful of times in more than a year.
