A credit score of 620 or more is needed and either proof of 50k annual income or a US guarantor. -TV and skylight -Central AC and Heat -Laundry downstairs in the building -2 blocks from the JM trains at myrtle broadway -Beautiful functioning rooftop with table and chairs -Great neighborhood with great bars, cafes, and restaurants. -Cool neighbors. I’m moving away to be closer to my family. I’ll need to break the lease and a good fit would sign on as soon as possible! If this all works for you, this place is a steal.
