Private room in Downtown Brooklyn, NY

THIS IS A SUBLET FROM JULY 1 THROUGH 19 (rent $975 for that period). Flexible start date, with option to sign new lease with management, but you will need to find a replacement roommate, as my current roomie is moving. THE ROOM: Large corner bedroom (~150 sq feet) with breathtaking floor-to-ceiling views of Manhattan and Brooklyn from the 36th floor. Spacious double door closet with built in shelf. Ultra convenient location and amenities packed building: doorman, package room with cold storage, incredible 51st floor rooftop with indoor lounge and large outdoor space (amazing for the summer), 4th floor lounge with pool table and arcade games, additional outdoor space with picnic benches and grills, large gym and yoga room, and laundry room. Amenities are no additional charge. I pay $1750/month, but offering at a reduced price. THE LOCATION: The entrance to the A/C/F is right outside the apartment (less than 1 minute), and the 4/5/2/3/R are a 5 minute walk away. Virtually every other subway line is within walking distance. 5 minutes away from the brand new City Point center, with a new Trader Joe's, Target, Alamo Drafthouse, fantastic Dekalb food market with dozens of great food vendors, and other stores. If you aren't in the mood to walk 5 minutes to TJ's or 10 minutes to the new Whole Foods 365, there is a grocery store (Khim's Market) literally attached to the building. One block away you'll find Chipotle, Five Guys, Shake Shack, Au Bon Pain and more. 10 minute walk to prime BK Heights. 10 min subway into Manhattan, and 20-25 min subway to midtown. It's potentially perfect for an NYU engineering student, as the school is just a few minutes away. THE SHARED SPACE: The living area is small, but there is a nice sized kitchen (with new, large stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet space) and a very large bathroom with a beautiful view of Brooklyn. You'll be sharing the apartment with a nice, easygoing female in her mid 20s who works in finance. I am looking for someone neat, responsible, and respectful to take my room for the final 3 weeks of my lease (July 1- July 19). Start date can potentially be sooner or later, if desired, and a partial sublet for 1-2 weeks is also possible. Female is preferred. Internet included, but electricity is extra (varies based on the month). RENT: Safety deposit and rent are potentially negotiable. I am taking the majority of my furniture with me, but will leave the bed (if you require other furniture, we can work that out).
