Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We need to move closer to our respective jobs. What do you love about this place? Our place sits in the middle of Two Bridges, a cool neighborhood between Chinatown and the Lower East Side. Our place is newly renovated and we are the first tenants since then, so it is both new and clean! We are close to all major downtown neighborhoods by train, bus, biking or walking. We live next door to a great restaurant and are a quick walk away from many other great shops/eateries (we personally love Orchard street, South Street Seaport, and Nolita). What isn’t so great about this place? There is train noise from the Manhattan Bridge and DEP yard across the alley.
