Why are you looking for a renter? Room is available for June 1 to August 31st with option to renew lease for September 1 if you are interested. The room is spacious with an amazing closet, the rest of the apartment is furnished and you are welcome to use anything in the kitchen and living room. Interns, traveling medical professionals, med students are welcomed! My current roommate is relocating due to her job and I want to finish out the lease. The apartment is in walking distance to Coolidge Corner and Washington Square. Also, Green B-Line is a two minute walk, C-Line is 10 minute walk. Buses 65 and 66 are in walking distance as well. Whole Foods, Starbucks, and plenty of restaurants are in walking distance from the apartment. Rent is $1000 and this includes utilities- heat, water, electricity, AC, cable, and internet. I am a 30 year old female working professional, I am respectful of your private space. Also, I have two cats that I keep after.
