Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My bf and I are taking the next step in our lives, and we are moving in together! I have had great memories in this apartment, but time to move out and move on! What do you love about this place? It is a true one-bedroom with a brick wall. Bedroom is very large. Neighbors are wonderful. What isn't so great about this place? There isn't a washing machine, and the kitchen and bathroom are on the small-side. Also, the building is older.
