Private room in Bushwick, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving in with a friend before my lease ends and am looking for someone to sublet my room from mid May/early June until June 30th. Dates are negotiable. Currently it will be available May 12-June 30th and I'm sure if you like it you could extend/lease with the landlord. What do you love about this place? Cozy bedroom with sweeping Manhattan skyline views in a 3 bedroom with high ceilings and great fixtures (cute faucets, shower head, that match the decor of doors/walls). The apartment has a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, very new oven/electric stove and refrigerator, a spacious rooftop, and a backyard available for use. The room has its own heating/AC unit, which can quickly heat or cool the room, but the huge windows are nice to open whenever possible. This room has amazing light from the huge windows. What isn't so great about this place? The closet is a little small, so it doesn't provide a ton of space to hang clothes, but the ceilings are high so it has good storage above the clothing hanger. There's also not a ton of storage space outside of the room. Utilities are electric (varies on usage) and internet. **Forgive messiness in the photos, I'm in the midst of packing.
