Why are you looking for a renter? Hi there, I have a bedroom available anywhere between 1 to 4 months, starting March 21, 2020. I'm finishing out the lease with a little subletting and a little short term rental just to pay the bills ;). The apartment is super cute and fully furnished. Feel free to use all kitchen and bathroom supplies. Your room has a closet and a full size bed. What do you love about this place? Location location location! From Vanessa's Dumplings, Pho Grand, to Williamsburg Pizza, we have the best take out in the city! There's also a ton of awesome bars, galleries, and restaurants, as well as 1-3 block walking to the B,D,F,J,M,Z trains. Your bedroom is bright, with a closet, and the whole place is fully furnished with bedding, dishes, towels, and bath products. What isn't so great about this place? The place is pretty small, but it is a historic tenement building. Also, the bedroom faces another building so it's not super bright, but VERY quiet ;)
