Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Hello! We are subletting our beautiful apartment on St. Marks Place from June to the end of July, with the option to take over the lease. There is one private bedroom with a lot of built in cabinets, closet space, and a queen sized bed, and another bedroom space with a partition. For both rooms, beds, desks, and other various furniture are included. The apartment has a lot of luscious curves and airy high ceilings. It is very sunny in the morning and during the day, super cheerful. It is also very quiet up here during the day and night, even with windows open. There is no elevator so it is not wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is newly renovated and there are no mice.
