Private room in Bushwick, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Due to personal reasons, I have to move back in with my parents. My lease is not up until May 31st, so I am looking for someone to live in the room for the remaining 3 months of the lease. All interested will have to go through the landlord for final approval. Option to sign on for more time after the month of May. What do you love about this place? Rooftop access, laundry inside, two windows in room (great sunlight!), heat/AC unit in bedroom, respectful and fun roommates (3 people already live here), pets allowed. What isn’t so great about this place? It's on the third floor so sometimes the trip up and down the stairs can be a bit much
