We are two laid back radical dudes that have a cozy room available in quiet standalone Williamsburg back house starting July 1st -Large Kitchen -Plenty of storage (dedicated closet located directly outside of the room, large shared closet downstairs) -Lots of natural light -Shared outdoor space (featuring BBQ and space to garden) -conveniently located near Graham L, Lorimer L, Metropolitan G, Nassau G (JMZ, 15 minute walk away) -Easy access to Manhattan and Queens -grocery within walking distance -lots of bars and restaurants nearby -walking distance from Mccaren and Mcgolrick parks -conveniently located on bike route -Sorry NO PETS -NO indoor smoking -We like to have fun but this NOT a party house Do you have a job? Do you pay your bills on time? Do you not mind cleaning and contributing to the household? Do you not have a criminal record? Are you not a couch potato?
