Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm from Colombia and I travel every year during winter to visit my family! What do you love about this place? First off, I treat my room like if it was my baby. I'm not from NY, so for me it's really important to have a home away from home. I've lived here for 2 years now and I'm 100% sure that is the best place I've lived in NY (out of 3). It is a beautiful furnished bedroom. Easy walk to the 1 at 157th and C at 155th. Utilities are included. Room itself is bright, with great natural light and high ceilings. The rest of the apartment (2 bed, 1 bath) is clean and minimal. Renovated! You’d be sharing the apartment with two nice girls, drama free and super clean. Living room furnished. Kitchen has big sink, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishes and utensils. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Message me for more details! What isn't so great about this place? I'd say it doesn't have elevator, but it's not that bad since it's a third floor.
