Why are you looking for a renter? Two very down to earth and easy going professional women in their 30s looking to fill one room in a three bedroom apartment. One is a graduate of Yale and the other Howard. They are both gone from roughly 8:30am until 7:30pm Monday through Friday, out and about on Saturday, and Sundays is a day usually spent cooking for the week and watching cooking shows or Insecure. Most importantly, we would like a renter who is respectful, fairly clean, and is cool with assisting to keep the plants alive. No deposit required but we ask you sign a sub lease agreement. The common area has a large comfy L couch perfect for hosting friends. We have TV Cable and Internet all included in the rent. There is also a small dining area. The table is extendable if you decide to host. The apartment has private access to a clean basement with two large work desks perfect for painting/sewing/photography. The basement also has a washer and dryer. There is one bathroom that is cleaned weekly. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you might need including an espresso machine. We are within walking distance of number of bars, cafes, restaurants, and fitness studios- Lovers Rock, Sincerely Tommy, Flow Pilates, and Fancy Nancy to name a few favorites.
