I am looking for someone to take over a junior 1 bedroom, rent-stabilized apartment in the Upper East Side, by York Avenue and 78th Street. This cozy, quiet pre-war apartment, on the third floor of a walk-up building right across the street from John Jay Park and just blocks from Carl Schurz Park, has bright, high hat lighting and a very spacious custom closet. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen-sized bed, while the living room can fit a couch and wall-mounted television or a large computer desk. Windows on both sides of the apartment face out toward interior courtyards. The apartment is within walking distance of both the Q line and the Lexington Line. A cross-town bus regularly stops just a block away at 79th Street. You will be signing a new 12 or 24-month lease with management on or about 3/1.
