Hi, I am looking for a summer subletter for a 10 x 12 room in my 3 bedroom apartment (the 3rd room is an office). From July 15th - end of August (but ideally august 24th). The apartment is on sterling and franklin. $1000/mo ($1516 for total time). + $50 utlities. small pets okay. roof access. -furnished with bed, dresser, closet, AC unit -hardwood floors, two giant windows, second floor apartment -kitchen with appliances and dishes -one roommate (me: 29, queer, work and attend Columbia University) -furnished office space - 7 minute walk to franklin 2/3/4/5, 15 minute walk to franklin C -close to prospect park and brooklyn museum
